Dinosaur was a natural creation.

Dinosaurs were extinct due to the extreme space weather (Polar motion) that was from the activity from central sun (the Milky Way's).

Around the central sun, there were some spirit entities that reached a certain level of spiritual understanding when they were discovering the basic laws of creation. This law is called the Galactic Codex. These spirit entities are called archangels.
Chapter 6 Eclipse of Abyss
8~7 million years ago
The archangels disconnected from the Source in the Orion star system due to the lurkers and the anomaly's influence.
This implant network was slowly built over millions of years across this quadrant of the Galaxy by mad scientists of the Chimera who were master strategy planners of the Orion/Draco/Reptilian military complex (Chimera Complex).
They are the concrete representations of the anomaly/lurkers. Lurkers have to hide themselves because they don't want sentient beings and the Source to find them. Eventually, the fear becomes a more twisted form——hatred.
They become the real presence of the darkness.

All of them were interdimensional destructive entities.
To forge a elite legion of evilness, Chimeras bio-chips and nano tech to select and create absolutely mad entities to create chaos (anomaly).
They also invented a very dangerous weapon, quark bombs (super nuke), by using huge size Dyson Sphere (they are like the Large Hadron Collider or Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider) to create plenty of the exotic and quark materials. Inside these are very condensed energy that will trigger to massive destructive chain reaction with anomaly.
Some sci-fi novels describe the damage of quark/exotic weapons very closely. Like Liu CiXin mentioned it several years ago in Three-body problem III.
This safety mechanism is to make sure they isolate a planet to form a planetary control system, in order to create enough anomaly for their survival and prevent any possibility of positive forces to liberate these hijacked planets (and all sentient beings on it).
In a brief, if you take this system comparison as an actual factory in life, it can be broken down as a mass production operation system. Imagine a massive (anomaly) production system.
Chimeras are the top management like executives for the whole campaign plus senior tech developers.
Archons are the middle management like regional managers.
Darcos (negative) are the supervisory management like operation managers. Responsible for the assembly line worked 24/7.
Reptilians are the workers on the assembly line.

The most important energy grid is around the Congo Vortex. That is a huge energy vortex that is anchored in Lake Kivu in the Congo. This area was the landing zone of a special expedition of one central galactic race.
The surface (of Earth) was having a civilization which is called Lumuria (Lumeria).
1 million years ago
The Atlantis as we know was started in 1 million years ago. Pleiadians were the founder to recreate their hometown on Earth.
Pleiadians are beings of Love and Light. Most of the surface population is so enmeshed in the dysfunctional state of affairs on this planet that it is difficult for them to believe that beings that are full of Love and Light without an agenda really exist.
But they do. In fact, beings like that are the majority in this Galaxy. And Pleiadians are among them.
Pleiadians originate from angelic evolution that entered this dimensional universe by entering through the Galactic Central Sun portal.
They have then explored the Galaxy in their angelic Light bodies until they settled in the Pleiades star cluster which emerged from plasma into the physical plane about 18 million years ago.
They were consciously trying to densify one of their plasma home planets into the physical dense matter and the planet exploded.
They believe in beauty and harmony and their lifestyle reflects this. They surround themselves with liquid light.
There was no war between Atlantis and Lumeria.
The Atlantean people mentioned was the Atlantis in 20,000 to 10,000 years ago.
The Greek Myths were the collective memories of the Atlantis.
900 thousands years ago
The Chimera Complex has chosen Earth as one of their main anomaly generation factories, due to its cosmological conditions. It is far from the galactic center with good natural resources, and the entities on Earth have high visualization power for them to generate their life sources (anomaly). At first, they were setting up outpost bases around the solar system. Then two groups of archon squads landed on Earth; one was in Antarctica (there was tropical back then), and another was in Congo (Kivu Lake).
A sacred goddess presence - Ashtara, from the Sirius Constellation. Was came to Earth to spread the goddess mysterious to the spirits (sentient beings) on Earth surface.
Her most famous presence is Goddess ISIS
She is one of the most influential presence of the universal Love. So the darkness hijack her name into a tool of dread.

Pleiadians wave brought Atlantis to its height. Each of those races has brought a lot of technology and a lot of spiritual understanding to Atlantis, and each of those races that I have mentioned has created their own network of surface cities, subsurface cities, tunnel networks, underground pyramids and crystals as (stabilization technology) for the tectonic plates to defend against periodic extreme space weather.
Chapter 8 Foul of the Will
75,000 years ago
Sirius Culture brought Atlantis to its peak.
An Orion branch of Chimera Complex was invited into Atlantis, and Atlanteans were giving these entities permission to do massive implant experiments (for generate anomaly) on themselves (not a wise choice of their free will).
That was the starter of the planetary control system network.
Implants' function is like a micro-black holes. It is a plasma black hole with an approximate diameter similar to the diameter of an electron (10^-17 meters). It is rotating in a strong magnetic field which produces an antigravitational effect on the plasma.

This is normal energy flow between chakras.
Two chips behind the eyes can block the connection between you and the Source/the One effectively. That is why sometimes your mind will sense sorrow randomly from our emotions because of it.

This is the reason why many people feel nothing and the reason why people always lack the will to act: because they are in a numb state due to the implants.
This experiment is tend to let all the surface entities keep remaining the low frequencies which similar to the Chimera Complex's entities and create the anomaly through the implants. Also as a jumper for the upcoming planetary occupation.
Chapter 9 The "Untouchables"
Since 26,000 years ago, the Chimera Complex was established in a solar system isolation zone centered on Earth. Earth had formally become a main anomaly generator in the Milky Way for the whole universe's anti-life entities.
All of their instruments/mediums/purposes is to make a fear based control system to create anomaly for the all anomaly entities for the whole universe.
26,000~25,000 Years ago
The interdimensional implant stations and the widespread implant participants. Earth became one of the Chimera Group's strongholds. Archons declared this planet had fully become their property, including every spirit entity on this planet.
Meanwhile, both light (life) force and dark (anti-life) force were building their underground tunnel systems to gain more influence on the surface.
Some of the scientists from Chimera Complex had developed a technique; they had built a scalar electromagnetic fence (DARPA/HAARP)around the Earth (the Veil), effectively preventing positive ET contact. The Earth had become completely isolated because of it.
From Earth to its more than 1000 light years' radius had become a special isolation sector.
The Solar System has implants, towers, and colony outposts as the first defensive layer for the positive ET/light force.
A perfect security precaution system within the Solar System, including the fully operating counter-intelligence system.
A scalar system to keep catching and recycling resources (spirit entities) near and within the Solar System sector.
A giant plasma entity (Yaldabaoth/archetype of Cthulhu) came from the Rigel system, as well as a major monitoring/harvest machine connect with destructive safety securities to prevent any possible positive ET contact with the surface.
The factory was well settled, for the next 20,000 years or so they were having periodic large scale surface invasions, and the constant release of a certain number of reptilians in areas to create collective trauma (rape/violence). Such traumas can be effectively clustered by implants to bring anomalies around the Earth between 3D/4D.
Then they constructed a vast network of subterranean cities, using Dracos as slave handlers and Reptilians as slaves and controlled the human population on the surface of the planet from there.
Due to the Archon Invasion some of the Atlanteans create a global positive under tunnel system called Agarthan.

The Source has fully lost its sight of the solar system, neither the feminine aspect of this planet. Ashtara (ISIS) and her 12 priestesses had to separate to 12 different directions (sub rosa) to protect this secret knowledge (because this is the real way to penetrate the planetary control system) and their bloodlines(Mary Magdalene and other ascended bloodlines) to counter the archon's bloodlines (The Chimera group is the real controller of the quarantine barrier, whereas Black Nobility / Archon families are the real controllers of the surface of the planet. Most of their bloodlines originate in ancient Rome).
